Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

All printers and equipment are NOT returnable once the package has been opened, making it important that you read and understand our returns policy before ordering. These products are fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty should there be a problem with the product.

Unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and/or receipt. Some conditions apply to be eligible for a refund. There are no refunds on opened packages, used products, custom orders, and/or consumable items. Freight and handling charges are non-refundable.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, which is why we highly recommend ordering free sample labels printed on the printers you are considering. We are happy to provide printed samples with your own artwork so that you can see the print quality for yourself before purchasing the equipment. Though it takes a few extra days, this step is crucial in comparing the print quality of each of the label printers you are considering.

When receiving an order from us, please examine the package closely before opening the factory-sealed packing. Once that seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for a refund. It is, however, still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

If you change your mind about the purchase and would like to return the printer, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number as detailed below. Again, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGING. The refund will be issued only if the product is still unopened with all the original packing material, accessories, software, and manuals. Customer must prepay shipping charges on returns and assume the risk for loss or damage during shipment. Optimedia Labs reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these requirements.
 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

For all returning products, you must receive an RMA number. Please email us to get an RMA number. It takes approximately 2 business days to issue an RMA. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused.

Please note that refunds are not available on opened packages and/or used items.

The credit will be made within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
